We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated upon checkout depending on the size of your order and delivery location.

Not eligible for Returns:

Personalized or Custom belts Products - Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized belts, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility for Returns: 

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

If you wish to return any Didamie items, please contact our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com - please include order number) to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Whilst we uphold the highest quality production and handling processes, accidents happen. If . If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team (care@didamie.com) with relevant photos (damaged item and/or packaging) and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Yes, of course! Gift cards can be used on any of our products, including personalised items. They're a great way to let your loved ones create something truly unique for themselves.

For the debut collection, gift cards expire will after March 31st 2025.
